Little Cloud Pillow offers free tracked delivery on all orders to destinations currently available at checkout.

Delivery times

Tracked delivery normally arrives within 5–8 business days after the order is processed. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, local holidays, weather, or address issues.

Order tracking

Tracking details are provided after dispatch for every order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

International orders

We ship internationally to countries currently enabled in our Shopify checkout. Local customs procedures may affect delivery time. Any import duties, taxes, or charges imposed by local authorities remain the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Delayed or missing parcels

If a tracked order appears significantly delayed or has not arrived, contact Little Cloud Pillow through the Contact Us page with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described, contact us promptly with your order number and details of the issue. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
