These terms apply when you use the Little Cloud Pillow website or place an order with us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Products and orders

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Product images are illustrative of the item offered, and minor differences in appearance may occur because of lighting, screens, manufacturing batches, or packaging updates.

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order where there is an obvious pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, an unavailable item, or another legitimate reason. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency presented by Shopify for your market. The final price, applicable discounts, taxes, and delivery charges are confirmed at checkout. Payment must be authorised before an order can be processed.

Bundle offers

Where a multi-pillow offer is advertised, the eligible automatic discount is applied in the cart or checkout when the required quantity and qualifying products are present. Partial returns from a bundle are refunded based on the amount actually paid after the bundle discount.

Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but may be affected by events outside our reasonable control.

Returns, refunds and cancellation rights

Returns and refunds are governed by our published 90-Night Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory consumer rights that apply to you.

Product use

Little Cloud Pillow is sold as a comfort and support product. Product information on the site is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Persistent snoring, gasping, pauses in breathing, pain, or other health concerns should be assessed by an appropriate healthcare professional.

Website use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use its content in a way that infringes applicable law or third-party rights.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of your order will apply to that purchase unless the law requires otherwise.
